Your employees involved in the sale of TSI products and services must ensure that all statements, communications, and representations to clients are accurate, complete, and truthful. Similarly, you must not make or propose any unauthorized commitments on behalf of TSI or clients, nor inappropriately implicate or involve TSI in your disputes with clients or other parties. Similarly, you should not defame or disparage TSI, other TSI business associates, competitors or clients.
