Code of Conduct

TSI requires all partners to adhere to a code of conduct – the minimum standards of business conduct and business practices. TSI International expects you to comply with this during your business relationship with TSI (or any of its group companies). If applicable laws and regulations prescribe other, more specific or more stringent rules of conduct, you must always comply with those legal requirements.

By making this code of conduct an integral part of your relationship with TSI, we are acknowledging your critical role in defining and protecting our most valuable collective asset – the trust that our clients, investors, colleagues, and communities place in TSI and our business associates.

You must ensure that this code of conduct is conveyed to your employees and contractors involved in your TSI-related activities, and that your employees and contractors are aware of the standard of conduct they are expected to adhere to.

You must demonstrate the highest ethical principles in all of your activities and avoid engaging in any activity that involves even the appearance of impropriety.

TSI reserves the right to change this code of conduct at any time by posting a revised version on our website, and providing you with notice of the change.
